This is a holy place. Too hot in summer.
This is a holy place. Too hot in summer. Looks like this is safe City but also to be vigilant as lot of people visiting heere.
Prices are not fixed and needs to be knowledgeable about the cost, otherwise you may end up paying more. Lot of food choices here. Most of travelers are pilgrims to visit Macca. It is better to understand Arabic, because sometimes, it is hard for people here to understand English. However, they can find the translator, if required. Most of the time people respect others as this is holy place and people avoid to have arguments. Highly recommend to visit.

Whenever I have time off, visiting Mecca is always at the top of my list! It's a place that draws you in, and every time you leave, you feel like you haven't had enough and want to return for more. Besides performing Umrah and prayers, it has a unique appeal to the heart and soul. Of course, it is the House of Allah!

I liked the trip.
I liked the trip. Hotel location is prime location and there service is very good.( Swissôtel Makkah)
The only thing I can’t find kids entertainment or even near by Haram ( walking distance).
The people selling in the street making more crowd while going to Haram or others asking for taxi ride.
The virtual museum is good attraction. Especially for kids.
Shopping is overpriced.
The hotel is very nice, the location is near Haram. The breakfast is excellent with a very good variety of food. I want to appreciate the service given by Mr. Rachel and Mr. Nawaf from security or safety department, my father was sick and they accompanied me and my father in a wheelchair to the hospital and waited with me until he was discharged from the hospital and accompanied me back to the Hotel. Congratulation to have staff like Mr. Rached and Mr. Nawaf
This was the only hotel with reasonable price, at walking distance from Haram. All other hotels near Haram had very very high and unrealistic prices. In Ramadan.
Hotel staff was very nice and very polite, brothers from Sudan. But no English at all.
Hotel was clean. But rooms are small.
For young people it's easy walk.
At this price, it was very nice hotel.
Jabal Omar Marriott is 3 minutes by bus near Haram. Suttle bus trips drives you near Haram but hotel stay is not encouraging. A closer place would encourage one more to attend most of prayers. Hotel dining is somehow poor quality.
This hotel was conveniently located near Haram Sharif. Additionally, the service was exceptional, and all the staff members were polite and helpful. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
It's a clean hotel, near Haram on the way, but in returning back a bit far however there is a bus available 24 hours. Most of the staff was helpfull. Mr. Ali, Mr. Ziad and Mr. Abdulla were very cooperative.
Very Good experience. Very good staff. Good location. Near Haram. Room was clean. Reception staff speak english. They do let me printout my PCR test Certificates as well. overall a very good hotel.
Hotel was clean and best location near haram free breakfast was sooo nice...Mr sameer he was soo nice man he help us alot he is very good helpful person...
